• Registration for services: Some of our services require registration with information such as your name and email in order to identify you; we only ask for the minimum amount of information needed to provide you with services and comply with related laws.

Information we collect automatically

• Application Diagnostics: While using our applications we will collect anonymized device diagnostic information so that we can proactively fix technical issues (eg. reports from the device if our application crashes). For most of our users this information is anonymized, however for our beta users, your device ID will be sent along with the crash report as part of the beta program so that we can contact you directly.
• Application Usage Information: During some of our tours we send anonymized data back about how you’ve taken our tour or used our application. We use this information to optimize the application such as ensuring that a tour is never stagnant or forgotten. This information allows us to detect if a tour is too long, too short, or any number of small problems.
• Server Logs: Our servers record information about your visit and connection to them. We use this information for diagnostics as well as to check to see where your visit came from (eg. how did you find us). This information is attached to your IP address and not connected directly with other personally identifiable information. We keep these logs for a maximum of 31 days.
